WOLVES United Call for Funding Applications for Youth and Youth Mental Health

SUDBURY, ON - Today, Sudbury Wolves Sports and Entertainment, the parent company of the Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club and United Way Centraide North East Ontario / Nord-est de l’Ontario announced that charities may apply for the WOLVES United 50/50 funding in the City of Greater Sudbury and the Sudbury and Manitoulin Districts.

The WOLVES United Electronic 50/50 Raffle proceeds will be used for capital, subsidies or projects that support youth and youth mental health up to $5,000 per application.

"We take our responsibility to help out in the community seriously," said Andrew Dale VP Marketing and Development for the Sudbury Wolves, "These funds and this process will allow youth and youth led initiatives in our community to access funding to help them meet their goals."

“The WOLVES United partnership is an innovative next step for community fundraising for the City of Greater Sudbury and the Sudbury and Manitoulin Districts”, said Michael Cullen Executive Director of United Way. “I am thrilled with the response from the community in supporting this initiative. We are excited to be able to provide much needed local support for youth and youth mental health projects.”
