About Stephanie

Stephanie is a lifelong athlete who has a passion to help people through all steps of life. She believes that physiotherapists can not only help people manage their pain, and return their function, but can play a major role in getting them stronger than they were pre-injury in order to prevent the injuries from returning in the future.

As a mother of two, Stephanie has developed a keen interest in women’s health, and has pursued the area of pelvic health physiotherapy in order to work with women through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. She also works with women and men who have issues with incontinence and/or pelvic pain, in order to decrease their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

With her athletic background and knowledge of pain science and strength training, Stephanie empowers her patients to take their health in their own hands and works with them to manage their conditions.
